Bombay Duck is a Fish.
And that was the awesome dish served by Soul Fry which we couldn’t stop snacking.
Soul Fry another hidden gem in busy Pali Hill, Bandra but very famous with locals and we did understand why!
The ambience will give you a Goan vibe with all the paintings hanging and a small bar.
Let us come to food, the menu is curated with all Goan style dishes with amazing seafood.
Fried Crispy Bombil was out of the world, crispy on outside and soft tasty meat inside.
Another banger dish was Chicken Peri Peri as the name suggest its lil’ spicy.
Prawns Rechad was an okay dish, I personally think it could be better.
Don’t forget to ask dish of the day which mostly isn’t on the menu so it was Tuna Cutlet, perfectly cooked served with some salad.
It was time for another round of Fried Crispy Bombil, told you we couldn’t stop snacking.
For mains, we had Crab with Butter Pepper Garlic with no shells (Yes they do have an option with shell or no shell, sweet!) and Chicken Green Chilli Garlic which also could have been better.
The sad part is they haven’t fired up their tandoor and it was a weekend at 1pm afternoon so we nor anyone after couldn’t try any tandoor dishes. That was a bummer!
We had a drink called Shaktiman which was a basically strong mojito.

The service was slow comparatively, so you got to chill for a bit till your order comes or order in advance.
They do have Karaoke nights, with such small place with would be fun though.
