Zorawar Kalra and House of Massive Restaurants group are bringing some amazing concept and premium restaurants with revolutionizing Indian food.
Farzi Café is taking Indian cuisines and gourmet experience to a whole another level with their molecular gastronomy, their presentation, and cooking techniques.
The dishes are like food-art and for a moment you’ll hesitate to eat but at the same time, you can’t wait to dig in. It’s a weird feeling I know.

Let’s get into it:

Tempura Fried Prawns with Nimbu air (foam) appetizer to start the food journey.

Braised Lamb Chops were utterly delicious and so tender and visually pleasing.

Checking out vegetarian options:
Paneer Taka Tak served with mint chutney was good.

Matka Cholle with Lucchi Puff was delicious and puff wasn’t oily so that’s good.

Mains:
The good’ol Dal Makhani and Rice, they really nailed this dish with flavours on point.

Dal Chawal Arancini, whoever came up with this idea deserves a special recognition. the complete recreation of a simple dish and make it even better. It was a complete winner for me though it took them solid 20 minutes to get this dish served.

and last Shwarma Biryani, getting your two favorite dishes into one fusion dish, couldn’t get better.

Drinks are pretty amazing too. We tried Bombay Julep (bourbon whiskey, mint leaves, some spiced concoction, and bitters) was refreshing.
Can’t go wrong with Old Fashioned and Caipiroska.

Here the food and drink menu is vast, service was good with amazing ambiance and as I said before that it is a premium restaurant hence their prices.
