Hamburger history: The Moguls carried the meat to Hamburg, Germany where locals started serving it as Hamburg Steak. This was carried to the USA by immigrants and when portable food became a thing like a hotdog etc. that’s when steak came between the buns. Hence the name Hamburger!

Between Bread (loved the name by the way) is a small hidden joint in narrow lanes of Bandra with the minimalistic interior.
They are serving one of the best burgers in Mumbai Suburbs.

Started with Cheesy Fries, oh these were good! Freshly fried fries and even with cheese in it they still held their firmness. Definitely worth a try.

It’s Burger time.
We ordered The Chick Flick, it has chicken patty with stuffed cheese, avocado, and an egg.

Classic Cubano, its a pulled pork burger with yellow cheddar cheese and ham.

But that The Steak Out was true umami burger. Its ground beef and yellow cheddar cheese. Yes that simple and it was pure heaven.
All burgers we had were served with potato wedges.

That’s what Between Bread does best, simple but amazing flavors burgers with fresh buns and the best ingredients.

Last we tried Chicken Wings with buffalo sauce but was okay-ish.

So get your gang and try this place out, I’m sure it won’t disappoint you.
