Ingredient
Cleaned Prawns ,1 tbsp Haldi ,4 tbsp Kashmiri Lal Mirch powder ,2 tbsp Red masala ,
Salt , 1 tbsp Garlic Ginger Coriander paste , 2 tbsp Kokam syrup( agal) ,
2 tbsp Oil, 2 Tej Patta , 1 small Onion chopped ,
2tbsp Masala ( roasted coconut and onion paste ),
2tbsp Dhana (coriander) powder, 3 to 4 pieces of Kokam
Prep:
1. Pour in bowl , Prawns after a little massage on the bag to get the juices flowing.
2. Marinating process –
1 tbsp Haldi , 1 ½ tbsp Kashmiri Lal Mirch powder , 1 tbsp Red Masala powder ,
Pinch of Salt, 1 tbsp Garlic Ginger Coriander paste , 2 tbsp Kokam syrup( agal)
Mix it Well and Rest it for 2 hours.

3. Curry Process-
– 2 tbsp Oil , 2 Tej Patta , 1 small chopped onion. Mix till onions are golden brown.
-½ tabl garlic ginder coriander paste and mix
– 2 tbsp Masala ( roasted coconut and onion paste ), 2tbsp Kashmiri power , 1 tbsp red masala,
2 tbsp Dhana powder and cook till it leaves some oil
– Add some water while mixing until you are satisfied with the consistency.
– Cook it till 4-6 mins.
– Add Marinated Prawns to the curry and cook till 4-5 min
